Determinan Penggunaan Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (SLIK) OJK: Peran Mediasi Kepercayaan dalam Ekstensi Technology Acceptance Model

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam ekosistem keuangan telah meningkatkan kebutuhan individu untuk memantau riwayat kredit serta memiliki literasi keuangan yang memadai. Di Indonesia, Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan, yang dikenal sebagai SLIK OJK, berperan dalam mendukung transparansi informasi kredit dan pengelolaan risiko keuangan. Namun demikian, tingkat adopsi layanan ini secara mandiri masih terbatas, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa dan profesional muda. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat pengguna untuk mengadopsi SLIK OJK dengan mengintegrasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Perceived Risk, dan Institutional Trust. Data diperoleh dari 101 responden perkotaan yang terdiri atas mahasiswa dan profesional muda usia 25 s.d. 34 tahun, untuk kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang dilengkapi dengan Multi Group Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh positif terhadap Trust, sedangkan Perceived Risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap Trust. Trust juga memediasi hubungan antara persepsi pengguna dan niat mereka untuk menggunakan SLIK OJK. Analisis multi-grup menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa lebih dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan penggunaan, sementara profesional muda lebih menekankan aspek kegunaan layanan dan keamanan data. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan adopsi SLIK OJK memerlukan strategi komunikasi yang menekankan perlindungan data, aksesibilitas, manfaat praktis, dan kredibilitas institusi, serta disesuaikan dengan karakteristik masing-masing segmen pengguna
